Terms of Service

The service

Wren is a parenting intelligence app developed by Orba Labs LLC. It provides personalized developmental alerts, daily rhythm tracking, and AI-powered Q&A based on your child's profile. Wren is currently in early access and available by invitation only.

Not medical advice

Wren is a triage navigator, not a medical advisor. Wren helps you understand what to watch for and when to contact your pediatrician — it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical opinions. Always consult your pediatrician or call 911 for medical emergencies. AI-generated responses are informational and should not replace professional medical judgment.

Account and data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your child. You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter into Wren. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing tjin@orbalabs.ai.

SMS communications

If you choose to verify your account via SMS, you agree to receive a one-time verification code to the phone number you provide. SMS verification is optional — email verification is also available. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP or by switching to email verification.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use the service for any purpose other than managing your own child's developmental information.

Limitation of liability

Orba Labs LLC provides Wren "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by Wren. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
