Wren offers two ways to verify your account: phone (SMS) or email. SMS verification is entirely optional.
When you use Wren, we collect information you provide during account setup: your phone number (for authentication), your child's first name, date of birth, sex, weight, and diaper size. Optionally: pediatrician name and phone, daycare enrollment status, and ZIP code. As you use Wren, we collect interaction data: feeding/sleep events, Q&A questions, alert responses, and growth measurements.
Your data personalizes Wren's alerts and AI responses to your child's age, weight, and developmental stage. Aggregated, de-identified data improves alert timing and accuracy. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing. We do not display ads. We do not share data with data brokers.
If you verify via SMS, your phone number is used solely for a one-time verification code. We use Twilio for delivery. We do not send marketing messages. Opt out by replying STOP or switching to email.
Pediatrician visit photos are processed by AI (Anthropic's Claude API) to extract health data. Images are processed in memory and not permanently stored. Only extracted structured data is saved.
Data is stored in Supabase (AWS, US region) with row-level security. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Request deletion at any time: [email protected]. Completed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent.
Wren stores child information provided by parents/guardians. Wren is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Wren is a parenting intelligence app by Orba Labs LLC. It provides developmental alerts, daily rhythm tracking, and AI-powered Q&A. Currently in early access, available by invitation only.
Wren is a triage navigator, not a medical advisor. It helps you understand what to watch for and when to contact your pediatrician. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical opinions. Always consult your pediatrician or call 911 for emergencies.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter. Request deletion: [email protected].

Orba Labs LLC provides Wren "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions based on Wren's information. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
