Orba Labs builds Wren — a push-first app that monitors your child's development and tells you what you need to know, when you need to know it. No manual logging. No guesswork.
Wren is an AI-powered parenting intelligence app for families with children ages 0–2. Instead of asking parents to log every feeding and diaper change, Wren proactively sends personalized alerts — diaper size transitions, developmental milestones, sleep patterns, enrollment deadlines — based on your child's profile.
Every interaction enriches a longitudinal record of your child's development. The AI gets smarter about your child over time, so the guidance gets more personalized, not less.
We're currently in an early access phase with a small group of families in Southern California.
Wren uses phone number verification to keep your account secure. Here's how it works:

When you use Wren, we collect information you provide during account setup: your phone number (for authentication), your child's first name, date of birth, sex, weight, and diaper size. If you choose to share it, we also store your pediatrician's name and phone number, daycare enrollment status, and ZIP code.
As you use Wren, we collect data generated through your interactions: feeding and sleep events you confirm, questions you ask in Q&A, alert responses, and growth measurements you log or capture via photo.
Your data is used to personalize Wren's alerts and AI-powered Q&A responses to your child's specific age, weight, and developmental stage. We use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our alert timing and recommendation accuracy. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your child's data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not display ads. We do not share your data with data brokers.
Your phone number is used solely for one-time SMS verification codes during login. We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio for the purpose of delivering your verification code and is subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy. We do not send marketing messages, promotional texts, or any SMS beyond authentication codes.
If you photograph a pediatrician visit summary, the image is processed by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude API) to extract health data (weight, height, vaccination records). The original image is processed in memory and is not permanently stored. Only the extracted structured data is saved to your child's profile.
Your data is stored in a cloud database hosted by Supabase (AWS infrastructure, US region). Access is controlled by row-level security policies tied to your authenticated account. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing tjin@orbalabs.ai. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Wren stores information about children provided by their parent or legal guardian. Wren is not directed at children — it is a tool for parents. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy as Wren evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Wren is a parenting intelligence app developed by Orba Labs LLC. It provides personalized developmental alerts, daily rhythm tracking, and AI-powered Q&A based on your child's profile. Wren is currently in early access and available by invitation only.
Wren is a triage navigator, not a medical advisor. Wren helps you understand what to watch for and when to contact your pediatrician — it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical opinions. Always consult your pediatrician or call 911 for medical emergencies. AI-generated responses are informational and should not replace professional medical judgment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your child. You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you enter into Wren. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing tjin@orbalabs.ai.
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive a one-time SMS verification code each time you log in. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out of SMS by discontinuing use of the service.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use the service for any purpose other than managing your own child's developmental information.
Orba Labs LLC provides Wren "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided by Wren. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
